Of course, if a legal confrontation cannot be avoided due to unreasonable or obstinate positions taken by a client’s adversaries, we are fully prepared to engage in legal actions in the courts when necessary or appropriate, and our goal ultimately is to achieve a result satisfactory to the client by zealously pursuing, defending and protecting the client’s interests, while using all legal tools available in a cost-effective, diligent and professional manner.
