Zusy Law Offices is located on the second floor of the historic Gardenswartz building at the northwest corner of Main Avenue and 9th Street in downtown Durango. Our entry door is on Main, and has the number "863 1/2" etched in the glass. The door (wooden and nondescript) is located between the green awning of Gardenswartz Sporting Goods and the black awning of Century 21 Realtors. Look for the Gardenswartz "rifle" sticking out from the building above its awning.
Once inside our entry door, go up the stairs to the office suites on the second level. We are straight ahead all the way at the back of the main hall, on the right side, in Suite 11. Our mailing address, phone and fax numbers are:

From Cortez
- Drive East on Hwy 160 into Durango.
- Turn LEFT at the intersection of Hwys 160 & 550.
- Turn RIGHT onto South College Blvd. (6th St.).
- Go one block, cross the railroad tracks, and turn LEFT onto Main Ave.
- Our office is two and a-half blocks down, between 8th and 9th Streets, on the LEFT.
From Pagosa Springs
- Drive West on Hwy 160 into Durango.
- Go PAST the left turn to Hwy 160 west to Cortez, and turn RIGHT onto South College Blvd. (6th St.).
- Go one block, cross the railroad tracks, and turn LEFT onto Main Ave.
- Our office is two and a-half blocks down, between 8th and 9th Streets, on the LEFT.
From Farmington, NM
- Drive North on Hwy 550 towards Durango.
- Turn LEFT at the bottom of Farmington Hill, at the intersection of Hwys 550 and 160.
- Go PAST the left turn to Hwy 160 west to Cortez, and turn RIGHT onto South College Blvd. (6th St.).
- Go one block, cross the railroad tracks, and turn LEFT onto Main Ave.

From Silverton
- Drive South on Hwy 550 into Durango.
- Drive STRAIGHT at the intersection of 15th St., Camino Del Rio and Main Ave., and go SOUTH on Main
